Hey guys! What's the best eyeliner? Right now I use a pencil but does not really work for let's say making cat eyes. I'm going shopping for one so what do you guys think? Thanx!!

Gel liners. I use mac blacktrack but I hav also heard great thngs about inglot n bobbin brown. In drugstore brands you could try loreal.

Maybelline gel eyeliner is amazing! It's the only eyeliner I'll use. Doesn't smear or run and it's really easy to get a fine line or to do cat eyes.

If you are looking for a good quality gel eyeliner, then I would recommend to take the splurge and invest in MAC's Fluidline or Bobbi Brown's Gel Liner.
