The Forever 21 luminizer from their Premium Cosmetic line gets fabulous, and it is fairly inexpensive. Dulce candy on YouTube has a review of it. She likes it a lot!:)

To be honest I've tried both and wouldn't recommend either. My personal favourites are either of Tom Fords highlighters and Kevyn aucoin's. :)
