So I got this new soap and it caused my skin to be covered with red bumps. Thank fully I can cover it so it's not noticeable but I have a school dance in a few days and I need it to disappear ASAP!! And suggestions??

I'd take a bath in warm water.

Sounds like an allergic reaction. Try to keep it clean, use calamine lotion if it gets itchy or uncomfortable, and take an antihistamine (benadryl or similar). You can also use a cold compress to help the inflammation go away.

I would not bathe in warm water, warmth usually aggravates the skin more. I find ice is the best solution and also try not to put anything on it, including foundation. Ice it for about 5-10 minutes at a time and the bumps should go away. I also agree on aloe vera but get the 100% pure aloe vera from a health food store and put it in the fridge to make it cold. Don't use that green after sun aloe.
