Tiny pimples on my arms? How can I get rid of them?

Ok so I do not get acne on my face that often. But I get acne on my upper arms and its kind of getting annoying. Is there a easy way to get rid of it. I am not going to the doctor, getting a prescription, or some kind of super expensive skin cream. Their like 1/4 th the size of of a usual pimple but it looks the same other then that.

I use diluted tea tree oil on my face. Would that work on my arms too?

Yeah I would try that since it works for your face^. But I would try moisturizing your arms with a good lotion like Eucerin Smoothing Lotion or Aquaphor. Neosporin is also good to try.

They are probably not pimples. It sounds like you have Keratosis Pilaris which are small bumps on upper arms and sometimes thighs that can look like mini acne. Gently exfoliating can help as well as lotion. It's a hard thing to get rid of.
