Can I dye purple over medium brown hair? My hair has been very damaged and has just got healthy again, I really don't want to bleach it!
I would just like a deep purple so would it work?

Yes you can I have done it before. I have dyed it over dark brown and medium brown it all depends on the dye and the make as some are better than others

Yes you can. I do purple over my dark brunette hair all the time and you can see it. I've never liked bleaching my hair. No matter what people tell you, you CAN dye darker hair purple.

Yes I just did it using manic panic and I think it looks great lol its more of a tint though something you see in sunlight it's bit as vibrant as it would be if you bleach it.
