Many people say to dip them in ice water...believe me I've tried everything. I've noticed dipping them in ice water dulls the shine. Believe it or not, spraying your nails with PAM or some sort of not stick cooking spray does the trick!

Oh putting them in front of a fan might make them bubble! Try doing very thin coats! They dry much faster that way. :)
