I'm going to thee mall to buy things, and I was planning on spending $30 out of the $50 I have in Pacsun, and the leftover $20 in Forever 21. I want to try to get as much I can get and two things I want to get is high waisted short and a causal dress. Is there anything a from these stores you think I should get? Please help!

Get the high waisted shorts from F21 since :) you could even buy a dress from F21 also & you'll end up spending around $35-40 though. You could buy a bikini from pacsun since they're always on sale during summer :)

High waisted shorts at f21 are usually $13. dresses are around 19. pacsun is more expensive...you will want to look at the sale racks. a bikini that's not on sale there is like $70-80. I would look for a shirt to go with skirt. go to f21 first.

Hit that clearance rack at f21 and get yourself a cute dress! Then get an accessory or 2 with the leftover money.
I'm not sure about pacsun as I do not shop there lol
