You had a similar post about two weeks ago...I answered it. I mentioned checking out glassdoor.com because it gives actually payrates from current and past employees. Just type in Sephora under search and it should list various positions. What's also nice about the site is that people describe working environments and management relations. Are you still going thru the interview process with them?

I work at Sephora but I couldn't tell you that, we aren't allowed to talk about our pay to eachother.. It also depends on the store, location of the store, and how much profit it's making.
