Running late for work yesterday put on my serum and didn't give it time to sink in. Put my moisturizer on and everything started pilling on my face. I was taught a long time ago to give it time between applications. This is just psa don't rush your skincare.

Been there & done that! I usually wait a few min after serum to apply moisturizer then give it another 10-15 before makeup.

@Tina...there are various serums on the market so its hard to discuss the benefits of just one. I use a peptide/antioxident serum for daytime use under my moisturizing spf and basically it firms my skin and aids in protecting from environmental damage (the antioxident portion of the serum).

A serum sinks deeper into the skin because of the molecular size,and it's packed with more beneficial ingredients a moisturizers molecules are to large to sink in they actually sit ontop of the skin and form a barrier to keep your serums and moisture locked in.
