So I've had my glasses for a while but I never really wore them other than when I had to but I'm just realizing that I actually look better with them on. How would you wear eye makeup if you had glasses?

A few little tips:
-be careful with mascara, having your lashes smack your lenses is the worst
-depending on whether you're near or farsighted, you'll want to adjust your makeup accordingly: farsighted lenses will magnify your eyes to ridiculous proportions, so darker colors will help balance that by making your eyes look smaller. Nearsighted lenses will make your eyes look smaller, so light eyeliner in the waterline, curled lashes and inner corner highlights will help your eyes to appear bigger.
-depending on the color of your glasses, you may want to play your makeup off of those. My glasses are blue, so occasionally, I wear them with pale eye makeup and bright red lipstick so the red and blue balance :)

I agree with Olivia and katelyn, I wear glasses everyday and do the same looks with my glasses and contacts! there is definitely no limits :)

I've never noticed my lenses magnifying my eyes. I'll be paying attention to that now lol. But I can't give tips because I don't wear eye makeup

It so happens that mine magnify my eyes like crazy. I'm precariously close to legally blind, so my glasses make my eyes look positively huge, so I tend to wear bolder eye makeup with them :)

I'm against both of those things too, Olivia. I don't think it's necessary to change your makeup based on what's popular or what season it is, but I do think that when things change the way you look (like my glasses do for my eyes) you should adjust accordingly. This is not to say that you MUST do anything, simply that tweaking the way you do your makeup can be helpful in certain cases.

As a glass user... trust me. thick eyeliner + glasses is TOO much. filling in eyebrows is not too necessary (yaay) but some eyeshadow and thin eyeliner without a wink and lots of mascara will suit you. also, avoid putting makeup on the areas that your glasses occupy.
