So I have a bunch of bumps on my forehead and there not like white heads or anything like that like I can't pop them or anything. I wash my face twice a day with Dermalogica products that a specialist has recommended so I use just like a cleanser thing twice a day and then at night I also use a daily exfoliator and an over night clearing gel, and then in the morning I also you a sebrum clearing. There not that noticible from a distance but up close they are very noticible and makeup doesn't really cover it up! I have school pictures coming up in less then a month and I need my forehead clear so please help!

Following. I have those too on my forehead by my eyebrows. Nothing I have tried has made them go away.

I struggled with the same thing for 2 summers! I swear by neutrogena products and their rapid clear acne eliminating gel helped me with those annoying little bumps! It will either bring them to the surface for me to pop or make them fade away. Good luck!

I wouldn't say this was "many" replies! 😑

I've had a similar thing, at least I believe it is from what you described. Mine appeared when I started a new job lifeguarding and my skin got super dry from the lake and sun. Are you using a good moisturizer?

I recently purchased the skinceuticals adult acne kit and I noticed it started clearing up within a week.

I have those! When they crop up I use a sulfur treatment like Jacqlyn suggested and I also really focus my daily astringent on the area for a few days.

It's probably clogged pores, drinking water will make it 100x better alone. AND try a chemical exfoliant to make sure it goes deep in your pores to unclog them :)

^ I agree with Karen, I struggle with a moderate form of this acne and I found that doing what she said, plus using tea tree oil cleanser and spot treatment, helps tons.
