Okay so I've recently been obsessed with big and curly hair like this but I don't know if there's a certain name for it or not. Also if anyone could tell me how I could do it without getting a perm, that'd be great. I have long, blonde, straight hair. Thanks!

Try straw curls maybe. It may be hard to achieve that look though if your hair isn't naturally curly.

To get THAT big of hair you're probably going to need to get a perm. For slightly big curls you can try to sleep in small curlers. And this would just be curly hair or you can call them kinky curls. There really isn't a special name for them. Lol.

I heard that getting a perm would make it super frizzy though?? Is that true?

It really depends. My friend got a perm and it wasn't frizzy at all. So, it might just depend in your hair type.
