My youngest daughter and SIL have one in the same spot.
I actually think you should cut your hair shorter, into a spiky pixie.
I'm not sure if you want to say how old you are, you look very young, and I *think you are, but a chic pixie cut would give you some sophistication. But, on the other hand I don't want to push you in that direction if you're only 13, now if you're 16, or older, I think you should definitely go shorter.
I hope that makes sense. Ha ha
