I think my eyes are pretty small wjat makeup because white eye liner can I do to make them bigger also I want to do dark eye makeup thats why I'm having such an issue.

Honestly, you ha e pretty big eyes! (: here are my tips if you're still insecure about your "small" eyes:
1.) nude eyeliner. I put mine on the inner half of my eye and black on the outer half (: this is very minor but may make your eyes appear a little larger than they actually are!

2.) highlight inner corner of your eyes. It makes you're eyes pop and bring attention to your eyes (: (I don't know if it necessarily makes your eyes appear bigger) but if you like darker makeup looks than you can try a silvery color (:

Focus your eyeshadow on the outer corners of yours eyes and extend everything past your natural crease line that always helps.

Use a white or nude colour on youre waterline, and make sure your lashes are flared out a lot from mascara.

Curl your lashes and use a mascara meant for volume. I use Maybelline the falsies big eyes. It does what it's meant to! It gives lashes great volume and makes them pop! I also recommend highlighting the inner cornet and using a nude or light silver eyeliner. When it comes to top eyeliner do a slight wing!'hope this helped.
