Ok, so I just read a thread that someone mentioned sanitizing lipsticks and eyeshadows, by spraying with alcohol. Does that mess with the consistency? How do you sanitize your make- up?

I sanitize all of my makeup about once a month. For all powder items (shadows, blush, ect.. ) I spray alcohol and allow to dry. For lipsticks and all liners, glosses I spray alcohol on a cotton round and wipe/ clean the product. (Not sure it that makes sense). I have never felt or noticed that the consistency of my products have changed and not sure it this is the right way to do it, just what works for me (:
