I don't like the maybelline bb creams but thts not necessarily a foundation. I don't try lots of foundation, I'm more of a tinted moisturizer person, I love the mac & elf tinted moisturizers!

What did you not like about the liquid halo??

Traci L.
Lol I love Revlon color stay and Lumi I don't need much coverage so they both work great for me,I love tart but I hated that foundation it was to thick and I hate feeling like I have anything on my skin.

M•A•C oxidizes and makes me look orange..Tarte was too thick and the color range was 💩..Kat Von D didn't carry my shade but from the sample I got
When attempting to shade match,
It
Was way too thick for my liking.

The tarte foundation was a miss. It didn't apply evenly and it's HORRIBLE for even slightly dry skin.

I didn't like any of those either but the nars matte foundation, I am in love!!

Yeah Amazonian clay clings to any dry spots, definitely not a foundation for winter. I hate colorstay, it's so cakey no matter how I applied it and always oxidized so much.

I really didn't like the tarte foundation it's really thick and it's really yellow

MAC: Irritant central for me
Smashbox: Never tried on myself but love it on others
Tarte: Not yellow-based for me and irritating ingredients
Loreal: Never tried
Kat Von: Never tried but not a fan of full-coverage on my skin
Neutrogena: Never tried it as they don't carry deep shades

I've only tried the loreal true match. If I ever look into buying a different brand I'll definitely keep these reviews in mind! But personally I love the true match but I'm a natural girl and I'm lucky enough to have great skin so I am far from needing/wanting fuller coverage. Works for me!

I actually loved the smashbox

Maybelline fit me liquid foundation. The foundation is horrible it broke me out, and gave me an allergic reaction. Plus it definitely not for dry skin types. The powder was ok my skin to be honest strangely enough.

I like the loreal lumi. I never tried the bareskin, KVD, smashbox, or tarte. Revlon colorstay is a holy grail for me.

I didn't like the Loreal Lumi foundation either, didn't have ANY sort of coverage to me and made my face feel greasy kinda, just didn't like itttt.

And is that the studio fix? I didn't like that either, waaaay too thick for me, mac doesn't sell shades light enough for me unfortunately so I couldn't use mine, I ended up giving it to someone else.

I love the pros and cons about all of them (: just because it is your least favorite may not mean it may work or look fantastic on someone else. It all depends on application and knowledge of the product, whether or not it would be good for your skin type, etc.

I never liked the L'oreal Lumi either :(
I have dry skin and it made me look too greasy.

Estée Lauder Double Wear, well Double Wear Light
I asked for a sample of double wear but the nasty woman at the Estée counter acted like she could barely stand to give me a sample at all and then said she would give me a sample of the light. (Now the light is probably a better formula for me and I was well aware but not what I was asking for and she didn't bother to explain herself)
Anyway, it doesn't come anywhere NEAR light enough for me. It also did not blend well. I know a lot of gals on BL love it for the coverage, I will just have to imagine what that is like, but based on the "light", I'm guessing quite intense.
