I can't see the picture properly but from what I can tell you're self conscious about your skin and hair colour, I think that colour we talked about would look SO good on you, seriously you have such a cute face haha! You could definitely pull it off.

I just dyed my hair red, it not quite a jewel tone. I was quite surprised because if anything my scars look better. I think its because they are no longer the brightest thing on/around my face and my scars look muted in comparison. Obviously I don't know how they would look with teal hair but looking at your pic I think you'd really suit it.

Look into using coconut oil whilst you bleach your hair. I don't know whether you've come across it but it helps to keep your hair healthy and stop the bleach damaging it so much.

Is love to go such a bright color but my parents refuse to let me and as I'll be working in a super professional field in and out of college I probably will never be able to...
