Dark Acne Scars On My Face.

What can I do to fade acne scars. I have them on the cheek area one side is worse than the other I just hate looking and seeing little dark spots on my face!!

I second sunscreen also use a chemical exfoliant regularly as that can help to speed up the process a little but it will take time usually any where from one to a couple of years. As far as chemical exfoliants go Pixi glow tonic is a really good glycolic acid toner. Nuetrogena does a salicylic acid treatment in there acne range but the name varys country to country. Paulas choice also does a really good selection of them.

Best thing I ever tryed was sudo cream I tryed aloe vera and yogurt lemons but the sodo works best!

The clinique dark spot serum is the only thing that has worked for me, it's expensive but worth it I you really want to get rid of them

Make sure to use sunscreen daily so they don't get any darker and I second the rose hip seed oil. it's worked really well for me.

I have the same problem as you!! I always make sure to use a moisturizer with SPF to prevent them from getting darker and there are lots if foundations that claim to lighten dark marks but I find most just cover them better! Recently I've been applying one drop of tea tree oil to my hands and then patting that onto my skin every 2 days!
