Your shampoos and conditioners could be causing it also. Make sure to wash it off as best as you can

After you wash and condition your hair tie it up and then wash your body and back so you can get off all that shampoo and conditioner. And try to keep it off of your back, wear cotton shirts, and don't sleep with a bra on. You want your back to be able to breath :)

I just purchased Mario Badescu's A.H.A Body wash and although I've only used it 3 days, it's already clearing up my bacne. My skin is also soft and it's pretty inexpensive for the amount you get and the quality!
