I have a lot of dandruff, my head get super itchy sometimes. I use heads & shoulders but it keeps coming back. Any resolutions/tips to help me?

When ever my scalp gets dry I like to Massage coconut oil onto my head and let that sit for 30 minutes and then wash is out

Or put olive oil all through your hair and then massage thoroughly into scalp then put a showr cap on and sleep
