Chop up garlic, put in clear polish for 7-10 days, apply daily. (This is something Kitty has recommended)

Milks good as it contains calcium:) do not take Biotin supplements. Biotin should only be taken if you have a deficiency, which is diagnosed by a doctor. Taking unneeded Biotin can result in acne, sickness and hospilitisation. Just because it's readily available on shelves at shops, doesn't mean it's good to take. You should be having enough Biotin on a daily basis to not need Biotin supplements. Biotin rich foods include cows milk and cucumber.

Just like your teeth skin hair and nails, it's all effected by your internal health, if your consuming all your vitamins fruits veggies and lots of water, you will see improvement in everything including your nails. It's going to take a little but longer but there's no real product that will make much of a difference. After changing my diet my nails hair and skin have all improved so much, especially my nails. If your nails are super brittle see your doctor you may have a biotin deficiency, or some issues with your thyroid!:) hope this helped.

Cuticle oil works wonders for nail growth. I apply it about 2 times a day. Protecting your nails with a nail strengthener will also help. Sally Hansens has some amazing nail products, check them out (:

I was going to suggest garlic too! Just rub it onto your nails if it's nice and fresh, its juices will come out on their own. Maybe do this at night to minimize odor during the day.
