It is! It's a bit heavy though. Full coverage for sure. Try looking at the reviews here.
I'd use a flattop kabuki (sigma F80, or IT cosmetics), or I think they might make one that's good.

To me it's also a heavy/thick similar to KVD but a just a tad less..I would use it buffing brush or a foundation brush :)

I like it. The texture is strange, definitely thick. A little goes a long way. I usually apply it with a beauty blender for it to look the best. Just make sure you exfoliate beforehand because it exaggerated my dry spots.
