Ok so if you go to my profile pic you see me and my lil sis she is 13 and she wants to dye her hair.she likes ombre and a light red.comment if she should do another color ,if she shouldn't.

I personally think she looks better with brown hair than red, but that's my opinion. If she really wants it I'd say rock it but yeah.
