Is this face wash okay?

I have been looking for a good face wash with one purpose: to clean my face only with no other treatments inside of it.
I was looking into the Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Hydrating Cleanser. (I will insert a picture)

The ingredients in the face wash are:

• water
• glycerin
• cetearyl alcohol
• polyglyceryl- 10 laurate
• ethylhexylglycerin
• cetearyl glycoside
• caprylyl glycol
• carbomer
• sodium hydroxide
• phenoxyethanol

I just would like to know if any of these ingredients are big no-no's for my dry skin with oily t-zone.

Thank you! They have a value pack on sale at the store and I've used it last year maybe and I'm a girl who loves good deals. Thanks to Kitty (hi Kitty! 👋), she recommended me using a simple face wash instead of the one I was using. So I think this will be good for me.

@Jacqlyn, well seeing you monthly updates for accutane, your skin doesn't look as dry as it used to be, so this must be gentle enough. Thank you for your feedback. You should become a dermatologist because of how smart you are when it comes to the skin!
