Does anyone know how t fix/reshape a frayed felt tip liquid liner? Also, the best way to refresh one that's dried out?

I think you'll just have to buy a new one. They don't last very long, so I stopped using those years ago for those exact reasons. I recommend gel liner, I really, really like the L'oreal Infallible Gel Laquer!

You can't fix it, I tried that with mine too and I couldnt fix it. I just had to buy a new one:\
