How do you get rid of under eye circles completely? without makeup?

I would suggest a caffeine eye roller In the morning before putting on you make up

People are normally genetically predisposed to having dark eye circle so it may be that you cannot get rid of them without makeup.
Keeping hydrated will help and as what the other ladies mentioned might help too
But if you're like me, your stuck with it
