I'm not really sure what a toner is I know that's pretty dumb but they say if you have oily skin you should get a good toner then moisturizer but I don't know what it is so can someone help please.

A toner helps to balance the ph of your skin after you have washed it.

I use a loreal one. but I hear its good to get one wo alcohol. You could also use Witch hazel works the same and its jst 3-4$

If you have acne scar Zeleste try a vitamin C serum and don't forget to always wear spf.

Try Isomer C stem serum for the the acne scars. Ms Traci recommend me that.
