There are primers that fill in pores. NYX has one.

My favorite primer is easily the Dior Pore Minimizer Skin Refining Matte Primer!! It has a velvety/silky texture especially once on your skin. It does a marvelous job in reducing the look of my pores... It sell for 42$ but you get a huge bottle.
