You duno about the green tea but you could try vitamin e oil for the scars.

It won't fade scars it only reduces redness n swelling - better when you actually get a bug bite - for scars I would use either neosporin or if you want a high end fix you can try mederma.

You can try slicing a lemon in half, dipping it in sugar, and use it to scrub your scars. I too have a bunch of scars from ezcema, but I've yet to try the lemon method myself because I still have open wounds. I've heard other people have gotten results, but if you want them gone for good quickly, I would say look into laser scar removal. I've used mederma and it helps, but won't get rid of the scar 100%, but will help with hyperpigmentation, which may be what some of your "scars" really are. Good luck!

Bio oil is my go-to for scars!
