I wouldn't do any bleaching, your hair is so beautiful on its own. and layers would only take away from its beauty, so... henna?

Keep it's length or ask the hairdresser to take away only the weight of the hair from underneath, lighten up certain strands for a subtle sunkissed look.

Your hair is gorgeous! If you wanna change it up, maybe get highlights or something? But definitely don't cut it or dye it all because your hair is super pretty and looks healthy to me so try not to ruin it (:
