My hair is like stuck! It will not grow and it stresses me out out lol. What can I do to help it grow!? I already take biotin and wear it up a lot and braid it.

Drink water, I know it's so tiring to hear and I'm honestly getting exhausted from hearing it but it helps soooo much. also, try to not brush your hair when its wet or damp, doing so will tug on the hairs and they could fall out which won't help with hair growth. finger comb your hair with oil when its damp.

I'm sure you are aware of your own health, but biotin can actually be very harmful to your body. also, unless your braiding your hair extremely loose (and the same for wearing it up) you may actually be tugging on the hair and causing more breakage. my hair has grown significantly (probably 5 inches) over the past few months, and all I do is deep condition once a week, use leave in conditioner and a serum/hair oil and use hear as little as possible. also, when I shampoo I massage my scalp with the pads of my fingertips which increases blood flow to your scalp which is said to improve hair growth. same goes for brushing your hair and scalp a lot each day. hope this helped(:

I eat ALOT of fruits I only shampoo my scalp and only condition my ends leave in conditioner on my ends only I only use clips not runner bands I don't blow dry straighten or color my hair I don't brush it when it's wet. It literally just won't grow

Well my hair used to be down to my hips last year and I cut it in a bob in August and it looks like it's only grown an inch lol it sucks.

I completely agree with Alessandra and Manal. I definitely had breakage when I brushed my hair when it was wet. And I started using a leave-in conditioner and noticed a difference. Just take good care of it. If it's still not growing/not growing fast enough, it's probably just genetics

Jacqlyn when you say put conditioner only on the ends of your hair so it doesn't clog the pores, I find this nearly impossible for me to do because my hair gets very tangled especially at the roots. Do you or anyone else have any tips for me when that happens to my hair?

I take conditioner in my hands and apply it to my ends, then with whatever is left finger comb my roots until it's untangled. So I'm not applying a ton to the roots, just enough to stop the tangles. Works for me!
