Hey guyz please help me I have really bad damaged hair... when I was 14 I started straightening... n now am 20.. my hair is very damaged n frizzy I have applied many shampooes n conditioners but nothing worked.. they are very rough n brittle plx recommend me the best shampoo or conditioner or any natural tip??

Only wash your hair 3-4 times a week and after you wash put coconut oil in your hair and try not to use too much heat.

Briogeo deep conditioning mask is soooo good but a little too expensive, 26 for 5.4oz I believe. But you should ask Hanna she gave me some really good suggestions for deep conditioning masks:)

You need to cut your split/broken ends first. then start getting into a good hair care routine. do you use a heat protectant? if not, definitely invest in one. I recommend It's a 10. try to cut back on the amount of heat you use. you can start doing hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil). also get a good deep conditioner, hair mask, & leave in conditioner.

Frizz means that you're hair isn't moisturized enough. You should get moisturizing shampoo & conditioner, then, a leave in conditioner or hair oil to keep you're hair moisturized. Also, stay away from heat! It'll dry out you're hair which will causes more frizz.

I just dyed my hair blonde not too long ago and it was damaged. I started using argon oil and it has helped it so much!! It also smells so amazing!

Oribe makes an amazing conditioner which I use as a mask also. It's the Intense Moisture conditioner. I swear by it. It's pricey but so worth it. Also try the It's a 10 leave in conditioner.
