Brows aren't meant to be one fits all, to be honest. You might want to get them done and have them shape it to fit your face shape.

I think you should let them grow out, the highlighted brow bone part is a bit overplucked. I think you're really close to the shape you want. in the meantime you can fill them in a bit right under your arch to make a smoother curve.

Oh and I totally agree with Renay. in fact, normally your natural shape is what will flatter you most.

Your shape isn't bad the tail from where the arch starts just needs to be filled in so it doesn't just go from thick to thin it all flows together.

Yes try smoothn out the arch (so it won't be so pointy) and the darkest part should be the arch and point.

To me the front part of your brow doesn't start in the same place as you're wanting it, to be honest I'd grow them out and go and get them done. Your brows actually look like they'd be naturally straight rather then arched to me, maybe try working more with your actual brow shape.

I'm having trouble finding the right color for me also. I don't like the ebony shades because they end up being too dark so I end up going a shade lighter

Girl, those brows look great to me. They are not childish. Just let them grow out and leave it to a brow pro.
