Okay so when doing a cut crease you mainly want to make sure your cut is defined and the flow suits your eye shape. It is also important to make sure there is a significant contrast between your cut (and up) and your lid shades.
Now when doing my cut creases, I always start by cutting my crease with a smudgable liner or eyeshadow pencil. Then I blend both the base and the shadow applied after. So yeah, I do my cut and above first, then I go in with my lid shadow (s). Then just touch it up and clean and add your finishing touches... :))) I would look at some of my makeup brothers pics. Diggie G, he is the bomb. But here is one of my cut creases I did on a friend.
