Hey girls,
I have been struggling with acne on my back for quite some time now, over time I have learned to clip my hair up in the shower so the conditioner wouldn't touch my back. It still isn't fully gone so I was wondering, do you guys have any tips (that I can do myself ) to get rid of it? or other causes?

I believe proactive makes a bacne bar soap you might want to check that out

Well if you play any sports make sure to wash the sweat your back after to avoid more acne and you could also get a body wash that has salicylic acid and that should help clear it up I don't suggest wasting your time with Pro active though I have used their products and none have been useful anywhoo hope I could help

Oh okay, I'll look for it :) thanks bella, also thankyou olivia but I don't think I can get proactive here in the Netherlands anyway so yeah.

I noticed that using perfumed body washes made my bacne much worse! So, I started using baby soap that is hypoallergenic and perfume free by Dove and it made such a huge difference! I also use proactive on my back, those two put together made it all go away!

Don't use salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide

They aren't as effective used together.

Also let your back see some sunlight and let it breathe without sunscreen but don't get burnt :)
