For nudes, go with Naked Basics. It's matte, opaque and really pigmented! I don't like shimmery eye shadows so I don't have any recommendations for that, sorry :(

Definetly naked 1 it has all nudes and the pigmentation is fantastic there are lots of reviews and swatches on it online.

I'd go for Lorac pro 1 or 2. Or go for a wet n wild palette they are $3 and the pigmentation is amazing I'd suggest comfort zone or walking on eggshells

Wet n wild has some good palettes with very pigmented shades. The Walking on Eggshells trio has pretty shimmers and The Naked Truth is a good neutral matte palette

I love wet n wilds comfort zone palette for 4.99$, it is so gorgeous, and the colors are very pigmented, and they are super buttery. However they do have some fallout, but I still love em. Just tap off the excess back into the pan! They also have petal pusher , which is a purple based palette! It's also four ninety nine as well! They are awesome!

Umm for a splurge I would do any of the naked pallets, they are made up of nude colors and all of them are very similar. For a non splurge get the naked basics pallet, it has the same colors but less of them, but It has the same colors, but better price!

For neutral palettes I would go with the Lorac Pro Palette. it has 8 shimmer & 8 matte shades, & the shadows are well pigmented. they apply really nicely & are very smooth. definitely a palette to look at!

Tom ford palettes are my favourites, they have lots of neutrals. Chanel also reformulated their shadows and their new quads are gorgeous!
