I guess you can put your spot treatment on because they just don't want you to swallow it. Just be careful to not get it in your mouth or on your lip because the skin there is delicate.

If you already spot treated it its best to jst leave it alone and not touch it so it won't get bigger.

I get those too, and they're such a pain! I just go ahead and use the stuff my derm prescribed on it anyway and I'm just careful not to lick my lips afterward.

Agree with Sydney. I get those wen I see a blackhead and try to pop it but it dosent come all the way out so it gets inflamed and turn into a pimple lol.

Well I also get pimples on my bottom lip but I get them bcuz of fever it hurts so bad I can't even say anything and it takes a week to go away.
