I am in desperate need of help haha. I shaved my eyebrows off a few days ago (willingly! I've wanted to for a long time and I love how they look now when I draw them on) but I can't seem to make them actually stay on my face. If I touch them at all they smudge and come off and it's really annoying and embarrassing when I'm in public!! I was just wondering if anyone had ideas or tricks to help make them stay on? Right now I'm using an urban decay eyeliner as well as a brow mousse from tarte and an angled brush to apply them. I also bought an eyebrow pencil from Anastasia but I'm not sure how well that will hold up. Any suggestions?

Depending on what color they are I would suggest the elf cream eyeliner in coffee it doesn't smudge, stays all day and is only three dollars!

Yes! Set them with powder or use a good primer! (:

Thank you guys for all the suggestions! I will definitely try the primer and the powder ideas ^.^ If the elf stuff is only 3 bucks I'll probs try it too haha. I do already use a setting spray though!

Surya P, I just wanted freedom to draw them on in whatever shape or color I feel on that day ^.^ plus I find it easier to just shave them rather than keep up with plucking and such.

If you're up to buying new products, you could buy MUFE's aquabrow. I love it and it doesn't budge. Or the NYX eyebrow gel, which I heard is supposed to be a dupe but it sold out with a quickness in my area. :'(

We aren't meant to shave that but nvm I guess... if this all doesn't work out just keep trying different products.

Thank you Angela C!! I have some of the urban decay primer and I'll totally try bringing that all the way up to where my brows are ^.^

I had shaved eyebrows a few years ago too and sometimes also miss the freedom haha but I had the same problem for a long time, since then I've started using setting sprays and they seem to make a difference so you could try that :) or also setting them with a brow powder might help too depending on what you use to do them

You can use a primer to prep your eyebrows first, find a smudge or waterproof eyebrow pencil and set it with translucent powder.

Your pencil is too soft apparently. I agree with Tia, I love the Aqua Brow! You'll love it too!

Benefit's browzings and//or any other wax baed products. It's about £20 but totally worth it!! Stays put all day. I know sleek do a dupe that's great, but I don't know if that's UK only. Hope I helped:) xx

I used to shave my eyebrows off for years... So I know exactly what you're talking about. Once I let them grow back to the 10 total hairs that they are now XD (shaving them tends to ruin their natural growth, in any case I've seen also I over groomed a lot as a teen.) however I now use Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade with Powder on top and an angled brush. They do not smear, sweat away (I live in South Florida) and come in several colors. I swear by this product especially for those with no eyebrows or pathetic little eyebrows like myself!!

I agree with Tia. mufe aquabrow is great. it stays on even without powder or setting spray. although its pricier its well worth it because you use sooooo little at a time! I also own anastasias dipbrow and I think aquabrow is better for you because its longer lasting!
