Is it normal for when you use a new face wash for a week to break out badly? Like I mean badly baddlllyyyyy. I've heard that it just means that it is clearing your face and after that first stage of bad breakouts you will see the results of the facial cleanser.. And your skin will be clear
Is that true?

That happens because your skin is getting used to the new chemicals you're putting on it.

From what I've read that's your skin purging. Like with all treatments for acne, it gets worse before if gets better. If you keep switching acne treatments when your skin starts to purge it isn't going to get better.
