Is the neutrogena healthy skin foundation better for people with cool undertones or warm undertones?

I think it really just depends on the person but to be honest it's on of my favorite drug store foundations

This is a bit late but I love this foundation. I would say its best for neutral undertones. This foundation is amazing and it is the dupe for Nard Sheer Glow.
