Help under my eyes??

I used a v.good quality gel for under eyes to get rid of dark circles... I have been using it for two month until.. under my eyes started to get dry and peel off a little..giving reddish brown color its annyoing I don't if its supposed to do like this?? is this normal or no... note : the eye gel is prescribed by a dermotologist.

^I agree that doesn't sound normal I would stop using it for now and to to your dermatologist
