What are some tips to use for putting on eyeliner?

Put it on the upper waterline to make your eyes pop.
For wings take tape and put it where you want the wing to be then draw and fill in.
Putting white on the bottom waterline make eyes appear larger.

Put it as close to the top lashline as possible and I find that felt tip pens are easiest to use.

Also set the liner with a black eyeshadow.
