Strep is only in your mouth. I don't think it could affect any makeup.

I wouldn't put on any lip products. Strep can transfer to those; as like someone else said it's an infection in your mouth and throat. Anything else should be fine though!

Had strep on and off for almost a year): so horrible I feel your pain girl! I suggest just not using any lip products, I did when I had strep and that might be a small part of the reason why I kept getting sick lol):
