When I curl my hair, it always rolls together like this, (left picture) even when I use different sized curling wands? How could I keep the curls from not joining together? The right side is similar to what I'm asking how to do. The right picture is how my curls end up. Sorry if I don't make much sense! I kind of feel like I am blabbering away lol.

I'm so sorry! I got the sides mixed up! 😩 - The LEFT side is the type of curls I am wondering how to do, the picture on the RIGHT is how my curls end up all the time! I knew I felt something was wrong with the post! My bad sorry! :)

It helps if you curl in different directions after every strand that way they don't all combine together

Curl in different directions and gently comb your fingers through them.

Curl one piece outwards and the next inwards, keep alternating.. This should not roll them together.

Curl away from your face and then towards your face so it mixes it up.

Curl is all different directions so the strand don't all join together also running your fingers through a bit the strand that clings helps :D

Curl in different directions for each section. so like one away from the face, another towards the face, away, towards, etc.

Run your fingers through it to seperate the curls. that how I do it... it should work, you can always use hairspray.

Have you tried using a wand curling iron...then doing the curls like the girls said in opposite directions.

I'm sorry I need to be more specific the one I use is the UCurl by Conair...I mean there's a bunch out there I personally love that one cause I control how big I want curls and how tight.
