To be honest I have little to no clue about skin care. everything I use just seems to cause more break outs. I have noticed that every skin care item has salicylic acid in it. I don't know if that is the cause. I am on a very healthy diet, don't eat any dairy products and drink my right amount of water. :/ I just can't seem to clear up this terrible acne prone skin! if you all have any recommendations please let me know! :)

Maybe you're allergic to salicylic acid? I'm allergic to benzoperoxide. Have you consulted with a dermatologist?

No, not yet. we only have one where I live. the waiting list is pretty long. :/

There are other products without salicylic acid you could try. If you see a difference it's probably an allergy.

I'm so allergic to salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. stop using face washes with these ingredients they're so bad and drying on the skin and it seems like you're allergic to it. I have insanely sensitive skin but check out these amazing brands:
- Simple Skincare gel cleanser
- Avene

A lot of skincare products don't contain salicylic acid, try more natural brands which are meant for sensitive skin. anything for acne prone skin generally contains salicylic acid, but any face wash should help clear up breakouts. also remember to tone and moisturize your face

Thank you! I was wondering if you could suggest a good toner and moisturize?  :)

Of course! I have oily skin and I love simple skincare light hydrating moisturizer. they also have a heavy moisturizer. for a toner you can use pure witch hazel and dilute it with water (this can also help for fighting acne). I also love the body shops aloe Vera toner. the body shop had some amazing skincare products that are cheap. maybe go take a look and see what they recommend for you. their aloe, shea butter, and hemp lines are amazing
