Liquid liner, felt tip! or gel liner with a stuff thin angled or straight brush.

Try and do it all in one swift motion because if you keep stopping it won't come out clean and don't be afraid to mess up

Also, take a thin straight brush after with concealer to clean it up :)

You can use tape to get a sharp wing. But the only tip that I really have is to be super patient and just keep trying.

For me, I find it easier with a gel liner with a flat brush or with liquid liner but with a thin eyeliner brush. I also find it easier if I have eyeshadow. Also Practice makes perfect ;)
