How do you guys flat iron your hair.

My chi and in sections. bottom, middle, top. I take small sections and usually go over them twice

I part my hair in four sections. I flat iron section by section. the heat setting I use is 420 then during the week I wrap my hair to keep it straight. I only flat iron once to prevent heat damage.

My hair is not overly wavy and straightens easily. I actually flip my head upside down and flat iron sections like that. Then I flip it up and go. This is great because my hair is so so thick.
