It's easy start with drinking plenty of water everyday. Two glass in the morning before your coffee. And one before bed. Will help the skin stay hydrated.
Cleansing your skin daily and taking off your makeup before you go to bed. Never go to sleep with dirty skin.
Exfoliate two to three times a week with help get rid of dead skin cells and build up on your skin.
Use a moisturizer and SPF daily and use a moisturizer at night as well
Use a deep cleaning mask once a week.
