I just love mine! My favorite way is to use it with an oil pre- cleanser, the oil gets down into my blackheads way better than face wash, and the Clarisonic loosens them and cleans deeply. Then I wash with a normal cleanse to take it all away! Just don't use it with any scrubs, spray the bristles with bleach often to sanitize, and you'll love it!!😁

Yeah, you're going to go through a purging stage. Mine was severe. I almost stopped using it. But then I read that it was normal. My poor skin was the worst it had ever been the first two weeks of using it. Then one day, I woke up and it was just clear. Now, I can't life without it. I started using it once every other day and then worked my way up. I love my clarasonic now. Just push through the purge period if you get it.

I love mine I use it daily and you have to figure out what your skin likes,some use it twice a day while others use it twice a week it all depends on your specific skin

Lol My pleasure Queen people like to think it's purging ,i call it a purge myself but really it's just that your breaking out so that's why you have to find out the amount of manual exfoliating your skin can tolerate of course anytime you start a new skincare routine or add a skincare tool to your routine a breakout may happen for a few reason your unplugging blocked pores so the dibre and sebum are goin to come to the surface,your causing some type of inflammation to your skin and it's reaction is to breakout or your skin just doesn't like the products your using ,purging usually only takes place when you use thing like Retinol or BHA Which causes a rapid cell turnover so with the clarisonic if you can use it daily with no irritation then that's the amount of manual exfoliating your skin can handle if someone else uses it daily and has a massive breakout then they go to using it three times a week and there skin gets crystal clear that's the reason you have to ease into things and see what your own personal skin can adjust to

Love mine! I use it every night with philosophys purity made simple cleanser. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my skin. I have a lot less "texture" and my break outs are minimal. my skin is a lot less oily and just softer.

Wait that sounds wrong. What I'm trying to ask is should I include an exfoliator in my skincare routine. Before I got my Clarisonic, I used to exfoliate once or twice a week. After I started using my Clarisonic, I stopped exfoliating

No you don't have to hun that's a manual exfoliater ,if you wanna use a chemical exfoliater you can,I'm old so I need both lol.

@Erica M. what is an oil pre-cleanse? I just bought something similar to a Clarisonic and am experiencing purging as well. But my skin feels and looks amazing after twice daily use with Cetaphil cleanser.

@Tiffany it completely changed my skin, especially black heads! They are healthy oils that won't break you out, they just go in, grab the crud and wash off, lol! Lots of companies make them now, my absolute favorite is Shu Uemura's pink (pore cleansing?) bottle, but it's expensive. I bought the Shiseido oil at Sephora, it's pretty good, Dermatologica makes Pre- Cleanse which I hear good thing about, Garnier just came out with a drug store version! The "Double cleanse" method has been very popular in Europe for ages, I can't imagine I'll ever go back! It deeps cleans and balances my oil skin without stripping it! I think you'll love it😁

It varies how often I use my Clarisonic, sometimes 3 times a week or nearly everyday but then for about 30 seconds. I know when my skin needs a more intense clean using the Clarisonic with a mild exfoliator or a light cream cleanser. Also have the travel size one, love them. I bought both at David Jones, one item that I have purchased and have used consistently. :)
