Uhh based off the product, I'd say Neutrogena is not bad for your face. I don't know about the Biore. I would highly recommend googling these ingredients or better yet reading reviews from people who used the products to get a feel if they work well.

Paula's choice rates the Neutrogena cleanser as "best" and the biore isn't reviewed but the other scrubs are rated poor or average. :)
